The wine is pale with a lemon color. The first nose is fresh and fruity. It’s very lemony, almost sauvignon-like. There are notes of fresh yellow and green lemon as well as grapefruit. We also have touches of passion fruit and slightly, imperceptibly, a hint of asparagus. The second nose is aromatic and opens with other fruity aromas such as peach and apricot. The palate is slightly sparkling on the attack and offers a beautiful dynamic acidity. We find lemon, grapefruit, passion fruit, a hint of lychee and pineapple as well as juicy white peach. The finish is salivating with a saline touch. It’s pretty and effective.
