The palate is powerful and spicy, offering nuances of sweet oak, vanilla, prunes and figs, combined with polished tannins and good freshness. The finish is slightly earthy. Perfectly balanced, sapid and delicious wine. As the level suggests, it is a heavenly match with sardines.
