The nose is fruity, fine, relatively incisive and fresh. It reveals notes of lemon, yuzu, candied orange zest and lychee associated with fine notes of Zante currant, cigar (discreet) as well as a fine touch of caramel and fine notes spices. The palate is fruity, gourmande, suave, aerial, relatively fat and offers a small fresh frame (in the background) and a nice unctuous matter. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of pear in syrup, peach in syrup, fine notes of citrus (lemon, mandarin) and fine notes of candied orange zest associated with notes of pâtisserie, caramel as well as fine notes of spice and chocolate. Good length and persistence. Beautiful harmony and freshness in the mouth!
