The first nose is discreetly aromatic with nice peach and pineapple aromas. We do have a little nutty flavour too. With air, the second nose is more aromatic with a nice pear and peach. The mouth is fresh with pear and peach flavours. It is settled but well-done and clear. There is a nice well-balanced acidity with a small butter note at the end accompanied by apple and lemony notes.
