The nose is fruity and racy. It reveals notes of small yellow fruits, straw and small notes of acacia flowers associated with touches of pineapple as well as fine hints of beeswax and an imperceptible hint of almost zest. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, roundness as well as fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of mirabelle plum, yellow peach and small notes of beeswax associated with a touch of roasted pineapple as well as fine hints of lime blossom/acacia. A subtle hint of spices in the background. Good length. Beautiful persistence with an almost sappy/saline hint.
