The first nose is smoky, reductive with a nice freshness, almost minty and some lemon in the background. The second nose is opening a little on the apple juice. It is still discreet. The mouth is a little bit sweet at the attack. It is quite lemony and grappe note oriented. It is fresh with some peach also. There is astringency at the attack. But it is very fresh with a nice acidity. The finish is more about lemon juice and grape. Nice wine.
