The nose is racy, mineral, aromatic and offers complexity as well as a small multilayered side. There are notes pulpy of blackberry, fresh flowers and small notes of cherry blossom associated with slight touches of fresh rosemary, sage as well as hints of small red fruits and slight hints of Zan. The mouth is beautifuly juicy and offers a small chewiness, gourmandise, matter, precision, an acidulous frame as well as tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy blackberry, bright raspberry and small notes of bright small red fruits associated with touches of black olive, rosemary/ warm local grove as well as slight hints of Zan, blond tabaco as well as a subtle hint of good bitterness (in the background). Good length. A subtle hint of grilled herbs in the background.
