Giovanna Madonia “Neblina” 2023 – Romagna Albana DOCG Secco

The nose is elegant, racy and offers subtlety, a certain small richness and deepness. It needs to be decanted. There are notes of fresh/ pulpy yellow peach, fresh quinte and small notes of dried citrus associated with touches of sage, physalis as well as a subtle hint of apricot and fresh sage. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, suavity, gourmandize, delicacy, subtlety as well as a certain richness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of quinte, sage and small notes of apricot associated with notes of quinte, sage and small notes of apricot associated with touches of bright yellow peach, crucnhy small yellow fruits as well as slight hints of beeswax, toasted almond, a subtle hint of acacia and sage. Beautiful almost iodine hints as well as a subtle hint of good bitterness in the background. An outstanding wine !
