(Years 2019, Bottle 664) Lovely nose offering notes of cooked peach blossoms and small notes of cooked butter apple associated with fine touches of dried peach as well as a almost discreet lavender hint, apricot blossoms and mango. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a tangy frame, gourmandize as well as suavity. On the palate it expresses notes of cooked peach, mango and small notes of quince paste associated with fine hints of flowers, discreet hints of fresh pepper, small yellow fruits as well as a subtle hint of cereals (in the background). Good length. Power on the finish/persistence. A discreet hint of pepper and sap.
