The first nose is aromatic but discreet. We do have notes of apple cider. With air, the second nose has got a little bit of honey and ripe pineapple. The mouth is fresh and has some fruits like apple cider. There is astringency in the middle of the mouth. The acidity is salivating and a bit salty at the end. The finish is about plum.
