The first nose is quite mineral with a smokiness. With air, the second nose is still fresh with a nice cool minerality. We have very settled aromas such as white peach and lemon. The mouth is fresh and mineral, almost minty. The aromas are very discreet. The acidity is high with some lemony feel. It is refreshing and very discreet.
