The first nose presents few notes of honey and apple. It is shy. The second nose opens with more apple. It is very delicate. The mouth is fresh with a nice acidity. We still have the fresh and crispy yellow apple. The finish is delicate with the apple but also few notes of white flowers and even a touch of flower honey. It is long.
