The wine is very pale with a straw color. The nose is discreet with fruity notes of apple and pear. We perceive fine woody touches. The second nose is more aromatic but still discreet. We have fine hints of vanilla which accompany notes of nectarine and white peach. Without forgetting a delicate floral side with jasmine in particular. The palate is fresh with salinity from the attack. We find fine buttery hints with juicy peach and apple. The tasting is fine, crystal clear. The finish is on olive blossom.
