Figuière 2022 – Première – AOP Côtes de Provence

The nose is fresh and intense with roasted notes. We also have fruit with cherry and blackberry but above all a toasted and coffee side. We also perceive a note of leather. The second nose opens with still this very smoky, leathery, almost animal appearance. The palate is fresh, round, almost sweet on the attack. We have notes of leather, toast as well as blond tobacco. This accompanies powerful tannins and fruit like blackberry and black cherry. The end of the tasting has a slight bitterness brought by this coffee/cocoa side. The finish is long with crunchy black cherry.
