The wine has a ruby ​​color of medium intensity. The nose is chiseled, tangy and offers a certain density in freshness. The palate offers lightness, a tangy and airy side as well as a hint of bitterness on the persistence. It expresses notes of sour red cherry, morellocherry, raspberry and blackcurrant, associated with a hint of white pepper in the background. The tannins are fine and perceptible on the finish. Good level of acidity, medium persistence, fluidity and lightness.
