Ettore Sammarco – Terre Saracene 2022 – Costa d’Amalfi DOC

The nose is fruity, flowery, textured and expresses notes of elderflower, bright vine peach and slight hints of ripe/juicy apricot, associated with touches of lychee, passion fruit and a hint of small crushed fruit, a subtle volcanic minerality. The palate is aromatic and offers juiciness, suavity, roundness, substance, a pretty flowery side, fatness, a tangy frame, vibrant energy. It expresses notes of elderflower, peach blossom and small notes of pulpy/juicy vine peach and more lightly – bright apple associated with hints of bright apricot, as well as hints of fruit from the passion and a fine hint of pulpy/juicy mango. Good length. Nice juiciness.
