The nose is elegant, aromatic, complex and offers a nice maturity of the fruit, depth, controlled power. It expresses the notes of pulpy bigarreau cherry, roasted strawberry and small notes of bright blue berries, associated with touches of black pepper, graphite as well as pretty notes of roasted black fruits, liquorice stick, olive tree, local forest, as well as a subtle hint of almost eucalyptus and timut pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, fatness, roundness, a nice definition, a tangy structure, a nice discreetly tight, elegant tannic structure, power and a solar side all in control. A wine bursting with sunshine, precise, which has power in precision / in poetry. The palate expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, bright black plum and small notes of roasted raspberry associated with touches of roasted red berries and small notes of cornflower, camphor, cardamom, as well as hints of small crushed blue fruits, fine hints of liquorice stick, sap, eucalyptus, pepper, mocha, as well as discreet hints of grilled almond. The tannins are elegant, mellow. A nice density and darkness and sunny side of the fruit (complexity in its roast) all in precision and race.
