A pretty aromatic, flowery, savoury nose, which expresses notes of juicy/fresh peach, verbena and juicy/bright white berries, combined with fine touches of fresh local grove and almost a discreet hint of acacia in the background. The palate is fruity, frank, straight, precise and offers freshness, minerality, nice energy, fine effervescence, suavity, tension, some juiciness, and a certain pulpiness. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy peach, small juicy/pulpy yellow fruits, and small notes of of crushed apple, associated with touches of juicy/pulpy apricot, as well as fine hints of juicy pineapple, a subtle hint of fresh almond and a very discreet, almost honeyed hint. Nice freshness and energy. Ripe and sunny fruits.
