The wine has a pale ruby ​​color. Beautiful floral bouquet perfumed on the first nose (violet, lilac, rose), associated with refined herbaceous notes (mint, thyme leaf, fresh tobacco, dry bay leaf). We also find ripe fruits (morello cherry, red cherry, juicy strawberry, crushed raspberry, blackberry, crushed blueberry), associated with sweet spices (liquorice, nutmeg, pink pepper, vanilla in the background) and a hint of roasting (toasted hazelnut, a touch of toast, even a very subtle touch of coconut in the background). The palate is airy, juicy, and offers accuracy, a good bitterness and a certain complexity. It expresses notes of tangy fruits (red cherry, raspberry, cranberries, tangy strawberry, blueberry, good bitterness of bird cherry), associated with notes of sweet spices (liquorice, white pepper, a hint of vanilla), a gourmand herbaceous touch (dried mint, fresh tobacco, a touch of dry bay leaf), as well as notes of roasting (toasted hazelnut, coffee). The tannins are fine, but solid, accompanied by a nice acidity. The finish is quite persistent, on toasted notes and a good bitterness of coffee.
