The first nose is aromatic with minerals notes. We do feel also a little bit of petroleum and nutty flavours such as almond. With air, the second nose opens with grappe but also apple aromas. There is a little creaminess. The mouth is fresh and dry. We do have some aromas of apple and green pineapple but also a little touch of white peach quite discreet. The finish is more flowery but overall it is discreet. There is astringency at the end of the tasting with grappy flavours.
