The first nose is aromatic and fresh with some smoky mineral side. There are some red fruits. The second nose is a little bit more expressive : the smokiness is hiding the aromas. It is quite gazy. The mouth is fresh and sweet with some red cherry and plum notes. There is an imperceptible vegetable taste. The tannins are strong and the acidity is high. In the mid-palate, it is salivating and chasing the tannins which are very soft at the end. The finish is nice with fruits such as cherry and black currant with a hint of vanilla.
