The nose is aromatic, gourmand and slightly sweet. It expresses notes of juicy morello cherry, red cherry jam, morello cherry in chocolate, roasted red cherry, wild strawberry, as well as chocolate with mint, roasted aromatic herbs (roasted rosemary, roasted bouquet garni), as well as sweet gourmet spices (licorice, nutmeg, vanilla), a hint of roasting (toasted almond, coffee, toasted wood in the background). The palate is supple, enveloping and fresh at the same time. We find more fresh fruit, than roasted or jammy in the flavors (morello cherry, red cherry, fresh strawberry, red cherry), with just a touch of red cherry jam and chocolate, as well as a beautiful freshness of cut mint, liquorice and menthol. Beautiful elegant and aromatic persistence, with energy and tasty notes of roasting that complement the flavors (coffee, toasted bitter almond).
