The wine has a clear and shiny melon color. The nose is fresh with minerality and notes of stone fruit. We also perceive a fine hint of pink grapefruit. The second nose is of yellow peach and apricot. The palate is fresh with a nice acidity from the attack. We have flower notes like lemon blossom as well as lemon notes. We perceive a fine hint of ginger and orange blossom especially in the finish which is accompanied by a discreet bitterness and always a very present salinity.
