The nose is fruity with notes of black fruits. We also perceive smoky and toasted touches from the well-integrated barrel. The palate is fresh and fruity with a tangy side brought by the crunchy red and black fruits. We have a hint of pepper at the attack. Then it is mainly black fruits which take over the mid-palate. The pepper is persistent with tannins present until the finish.
