The wine has a bright and clear straw color. The nose is fresh and fruity with a smoky side present. We perceive notes of ripe lemon as well as white peach. With air, the nose is still very smoky with touches of pineapple as well as apple. On the palate, the wine is fresh and fruity. There is a slight salty touch at the start. Then a nice balance with an acidity develops in the mid-palate. There are notes of lemon and apple as well as apricot and white peach. We perceive a fine note of olive wood. There is an imperceptible hint of bitterness at the end of the mouth. The finish is delicate and long on white grapes.
