(bottle n°0241 / 1746) Beautiful nose full of subtlety, precision and which offers a melodious side in its energy. It reveals notes of bright apple, bright peach and small notes of quince associated with lemony touches, hints of white flowers, lychee as well as a discreet hint almost pulpy apricot, racy minerality and a fine (and enveloping) woody/vanilla that comes with delicacy. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, elegance, minerality, suppleness, a beautiful energy, sincerity as well as a melodious and delicate side. A slightly unctuous, gourmande, acidulous and aerial substance. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quince, lemon and small notes of bright physalis associated with small touches almost juicy/fresh lychee, rose, honeysuckle/linden, crunchy small fruits, a hint of apple blossom, of racy minerality as well as delicate hints of almond blossom and toast. A very discreet, almost tannic sensation both in the aromatic side and the structure side, all in suppleness and elegance. Beautiful job on the good bitterness. Nice sapidity.
