Domaine les Sadons 2023 – Pauillac

The nose offers minerality, spicy notes, darkness. It expresses notes of blackberry, violet and more slightly – wild berries associated with touches of infusion and fine hints of cardamom/black tea. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, good definition, a certain freshness, juiciness, a certain energy. It expresses notes of pulpy violet plum, fleshy cherry and more slightly – juicy/fresh raspberry, associated with touches of tonka bean, sweet blond tobacco and fine hints of chocolate. Good length, a little softness and nice sapidity of the tannins in the background.
