Domaine La Perruche, Les Rôtissants, La parcelle solaire 2023 – Saumur

The wine has a pale lemon yellow color, with golden highlights. The nose is dense and gourmet (even a little sweet). It expresses notes of exotic fruits (mango, papaya), ripe melon, apricot, very ripe juicy yellow peach, as well as a sweet-tart touch of candied yellow lemon, dried yellow lemon zest and citrus jam. There are also touches of lime honey, white flowers (acacia, lime) and a hint of crushed fresh yellow apple. The palate is lively, fresh with a tangy attack on notes of fresh yellow lemon, candied yellow lemon, grapefruit and green apple. In the middle of the palate, there are notes of fresh apricot, yellow peach, mango and papaya, as well as white flowers (acacia, lime). The finish is moderately persistent, salivating and tangy, with a very light note of honey in the background.
