The wine has a bright pale ruby ​​color. The nose is fresh, refined, and offers a tangy fruity substance (red cherry, cranberries, raspberry, fresh strawberry, morello cherry, crushed blueberry), as well as a herbaceous touch (dried peppermint, blackcurrant bud in the background). There are also spicy (liquorice, ground cumin, a hint of vanilla) and toasted notes (toasted hazelnut, a very light touch of toasted wood and cocoa). The palate is enveloping, fruity and juicy, while remaining airy. It expresses notes of ripe and tangy fruits (red cherry, blackcurrant, morello cherry in the background, cranberries, raspberry and fresh strawberry), combined with a gourmet hint of roasting (toasted hazelnut, dark chocolate, a hint of coffee), notes of sweet spices (liquorice, white pepper, cumin) and herbs (dried mint, a hint of dried blackcurrant leaf). The finish is quite persistent, tangy and slightly bitter (bird cherry, cranberries).
