The nose is aromatic and offers gourmandise, a certain aromatic richness and elegance. There are notes of ripe yellow apple, apricot and, more slightly, yellow fruits combined with a touch of kumquat, fine floral notes and a discreet hint of sap, zest and fresh nuts. The palate is fruity and offers a nice freshness, minerality, good definition, a juicy/acidic structure and precision. On the palate this wine has notes of pulpy yellow apple, kumquat and more slightly yellow fruits with a touch of zest and fine spice, fresh nutmeg and fresh nut. Good length. Nice salinity and sapidity on the finish/persistence.
