The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is a little reserved at first. After aeration, it expresses notes of roasted red cherry, morello cherry jam, crushed red plum, strawberry, as well as a touch of blackberry and raspberry. There is also a discreet hint of mint and violet, with a hint of Mediterranean herbs (rosemary). The palate is greedy, silky and juicy, enveloping and textured, with a gourmandize attack. It expresses the gourmand flavors of blackberry, crushed morellocherry, red cherry jam, crushed red plum, strawberry and raspberry coulis on the attack. In the mid-palate, there are herbaceous (mint, rosemary) and floral (violet) touches. The finish is straight, tangy and linear. The tannins are fine, sapid and mellow. Beautiful juiciness and gourmandize.
