The first nose is powerful and aromatic with beautiful notes of toast and toasted pine nuts. The second nose opens with jammy black fruits such as blackberry and cherry. There is always a nice minty freshness, a hint of leather as well as a touch of white pepper. The palate is fresh and fruity, light with notes of leather and roasted blackberry. Acidity is present with salivation. The tannins are still present until the finish. We have a nice minerality. The finish is delicate, fresh, with small cherry notes. The end of the tasting is persistent. The wine has reached its peak, it should be drunk for a gourmet experience!
