The nose is fresh and milky with a gourmet pastry aspect. There are notes of peach and cooked yellow apple. The second nose is more aromatic with still these creamy notes. The palate is fresh with a slight sparkle on the attack. We find apple but also flower notes. There is a beautiful fluidity in the finale.
