The nose is fresh with a charming note of discreet jasmine. The second nose is more aromatic with touches of lime and grain. The palate is fresh, fruity on the grain, lime and we perceive a certain creaminess which gives texture. The acidity is gentle, we perceive notes of apple on the finish and a floral side gradually emerges with the jasmine still present. There is a nice suppleness and length on the finish around the mango.
