The nose is fresh, almost mushroomy, wintery with black fruits and a touch of crunchy red apple. We also perceive imperceptible touches of browned butter in the background. The palate is fresh with subtle notes of hazelnut. Acidity is measured. The tannins are more present, more persistent. We have notes of pretty juicy black cherry and crunchy blackberry. The wine has length.
