The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is precise, racy and mineral. It expresses the notes of limestone and dry stone, the freshness of tangy fruits (red cherry, crushed raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, fresh blackcurrant, dried blackcurrant), associated with a floral touch (cornflower, violet, a hint of lily), tobacco and blackcurrant bud. The palate is airy, with a lightness (in a good way) and juiciness of tangy fruits (bigarreau cherry, blackcurrant, crunchy strawberry, raspberry, cranberries). We also find finesse in its floral (cornflower, violet) and herbaceous (blackcurrant bud) touch. The finish offers a slight bitterness and tanginess and juiciness of the fruit. Beautiful acidity, the tannins are finely tight.
