(44%) Nice polished nose which offers fruit, a cedar side, rancio and harmony. There are notes of caramelized quince, orangette and slight notes of rancio associated with touches of cedar as well as fine hints of cherry wood as well as a discreet hint of orange blossom and toasted/chocolate. The palate offers minerality, a varnished/polished side, balance as well as a small linear side. On the palate this Armagnac expresses notes of rancio, pâtisseries and small notes of caramelized orange associated with touches of white fruits in syrup, caramelization, tobacco as well as a very discreet almost peaty hint of chocolate and toast.
