The wine has a lemon-yellow color of medium intensity. It has a lovely concentrated, fleshy and complex nose. The wine first expresses distinct floral and herbaceous notes (apple blossom, honeysuckle, dried linden, hay, dried wildflowers), which combine on the second nose with tangy hints of lemon zest, orange zest, pomelo, grapefruit, as well as a touch of white nectarine, smoke and cumin seeds in the background. On the palate, the attack expresses the slight smokiness, minerality and spiciness in the notes of cumin, flint and a salty touch, which also persists on the finish. The mid-palate is tangy and lemony, with a fine floral bouquet. We find notes of lemon, lemon zest, grapefruit, white nectarine, acacia and honeysuckle. Beautiful persistence with saline and lemony notes, combined with a lively acidity
