It expresses delicate notes of spices, kumquat and – small notes of quince associated with touches of dried almond as well as delicate hints of exotic fruits and vanilla. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a juicy/tangy frame, tension, precision. It expresses notes of juicy/tangy peach, local lemon and – small notes of bright kumquat associated with touches of exotic fruit, peach blossoms as well as hints of acacia, sage and toast/clove. A very discreet hint of vanilla in the background. A little tannic hint in the approach, structure and aromatics. Beautiful freshness, nice crunchy acidity.
