The palate is chiseled, fresh, tangy (red cherry, morello cherry, red cherry jam, raspberry coulis, red plum, tangy cranberries in the background), associated with blackcurrant leaf and mint which bring freshness. The finish is juicy, on chocolate cherry and a good bitterness of bird cherry and dark chocolate.
