The nose is expressive and aromatic. It offers aromas of macerated grapes, crushed apricot, yellow peach, quince paste, crushed pear and roasted pear, as well as roasted apple in the background and a hint of melon (even melon jam), combined with a touch of mango in the background, crushed orange, a hint of dried white flowers and fresh mushrooms. The palate is gourmand and expresses flavors of peach and apricot on the attack, which are then complemented by notes of melon, honey, acacia, quince paste, roasted apricot. The acidity is supple, but balancing. The finish is gourmand, honeyed and persistent.
