The first nose is fresh and fruity, very delicate. We have nice pineapple but also white flowers such as jasmine and honeysuckle. There is a nice freshness with a mineral note. With air, the second nose is still delicate with the same aromas and we can feel a touch of imperceptible white peach. The mouth is fresh and fruity with a delicate and nice aromas of ripe lemon, peach and linden. The acidity is present but well-balanced. The finish is long and delicate on flowers. It is a nice wine from Pinot Blanc : vibrant and delicate.
