The wine has a pale straw yellow color. The first nose is fruity with notes of lemon and lemon zest. We perceive a hint of fresh minerality. The second nose is more aromatic with touches of yellow peach as well as a slightly smoky side. We have fine hints of butter. The palate is fresh and tangy with notes of fresh herbs such as basil in a discreet way but also lemon and melon. The finale remains discreet.
