This wine has a pale apricot color, limpid and shiny. The nose is powerful, intense with woody notes. We have roasted peach accompanied by pine wood smoke. We also have lemon zest with a touch of coconut. The second nose is also intense with its notes of roasting and vanilla. The palate is fresh with acidity on the attack. There are notes of stewed red and black fruits accompanied by vanilla, dried rose petal and coconut. The palate unfolds nicely with freshness and a balance between fruit and barrel aging. The finish is subtle on vanilla. It’s a gourmet rosé.
