Château Soutard-Cadet 2022 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

The nose expresses notes of vanilla, toast, with delicacy and a certain power. It expresses notes of Bourbon vanilla, cornflower and small notes of crushed blueberry associated with touches of crushed strawberry as well as delicate hints of creamy berries and a hint of blond tobacco. The palate is nicely conducted, fruity and offers freshness, suavity, a certain delicacy, accuracy, a tangy frame, a fine hint of roasting, a beautiful balance and a melodious side. It expresses notes of blueberry, cornflower and small notes of roasted-juicy strawberry associated with touches of creamy berries, vanilla, almost aniseed and toasted. Good length, a nice mellow persistence. Tannins are mellow and savoury.
