The nose is aromatic and smoky with pronounced toasted notes. We have some fruits in the background like blackberry and black plum. The second nose is always aromatic with grilled meat and stewed cherries. The palate is fresh with a tangy attack. We have hints of mint and juicy morello cherry. The tannins are present, powerful and persistent until the finish. The end of the tasting is sober with a little bitterness.
