The nose is elegant, fruity and offers power as well as a very beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of ripe/fresh wild raspberry, ripe/fresh cassis and small notes of flowers (violet, rose) associated with fine hints of fresh small red fruits, liquorice stick as well as fine hints of Cuben pepper, small berries, red spices, a very fine hint of nutmeg as well as an imperceptible hint of graphite and Timut pepper. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, a mineral/finely acidulous frame, a very beautiful finesse, tension, a beautiful elegance, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a very beautiful precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy raspberry, juicy cassis and small notes of blackberry associated with fine touches of flowers (violet, cornflower…), fine hints of toasted, tonka bean, sweet spices, toasted/caramelization as well as an imperceptible hint of cardamom, Bourbon vanilla and graphite (in the background). Good length. Beautiful, finely acidulous, gourmande and juicy persistence. There is a very discreet hint of toasted almond, chocolate and toasted on the finish. A very fine chew on the finish.
