The nose is spicy, ample and aromatic. It reveals notes of nutmeg, lily and small notes of spices associated with touches of wild blackberry, fine hints of cubeb pepper and discreet touches of smoke, with a subtle hint almost of warm grove in the background. The palate is mineral, with a beautiful freshness and a racy side. The grain is slightly tight. This wine needs to be decanted. On the palate, we find notes of fairly ripe wild blackcurrant, dried blackberry and small notes of wild red berries associated with touches of lily, nutmeg, a hint of clove and a subtle note almost of bay berries in the background. Good length. A slight bitterness on the finish brings sapidity and delicacy.
