The first nose is fresh, minty and discreet. The second nose opens with creamy, vanilla notes. We also perceive purple plum and some floral touches. The whole thing remains sensitive. The palate is fresh with roundness on the attack. There are light coffee notes as well as dark fruits like cherry and blackberry. We perceive a toasted side. The tannins are powerful, a little salty and this continues until the finish. The end of the tasting is focused on slightly bitter coffee notes and blackberry skin.
