On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh black cherry, pulpy cassis and small notes of juicy/pulpy raspberry associated with touches of star anise, cornflower as well as fine hints of sweet spices. A gourmet and juicy wine. Presence of a subtle hint of vanilla on the persistence.
