The nose is fruity and offers a fine concentration as well as a fine pulpiness. It reveals notes of pulpy raspberry, fleshy cherry and small notes of violet associated with touches of clove, nutmeg as well as fine mineral hints (in the background). The palate is fruity and offers minerality, tension, accuracy, a nice freshness, energy as well as a fine melodious side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh black cherry, pulpy cassis and small notes of juicy/pulpy raspberry associated with touches of star anise, cornflower as well as fine hints of sweet spices. A gourmet and juicy wine. Presence of a subtle hint of vanilla on the persistence.
